About our nature wellbeing project:
Our nature wellbeing activities foster community-building, resilience, while also offering outdoor and nature conservation skills.
The following themes and activities are included in this work: nature connection, conservation, nature-based arts, gardening in woodland, connecting with trees, ancestors, movement, leadership, wellbeing of self and collective, and mindfulness for wellbeing.
Weather: Don't let rainy days stop you from joining us. Most of our activities are held indoors in a lovely HUT or our lovely YURT with a woodburn stove. For the nature connection we gather under gazebos around the fire, held by the trees.
