Our nature wellbeing activities foster community-building, resilience, outdoor and nature conservation skills.

The following themes and activities are included in this work: nature-based games, nature exploration, nature conservation, nature-based arts, gardening, foraging, connecting with trees, ancestors, communication, leadership, wellbeing of self and collective, connection, sensory awareness and mindfulness for wellbeing.

TO BOOK: Please check our upcoming events and choose a nature and wellbeing event that you feel drawn to.

WHEATER: On rainy or very cold days we will be inside the HUT with a woodburn stove, other days we will be outdoors sitting around the fire held by the trees. Wearing layers is recommended.
