At the Planetary Healing Centre, you can rest assured that you are cared for by people who are skilled professionals, share our values and have a clear intention to help others. We were established in 2003, which shows the quality of our services, the need for our services and the passion we have for the work we do.

We would like our projects to be accessible for everyone. Any donation you give between £5 and £25 is very welcome and helps us to cover some of our core costs. If you are not able to give a donation, you can access our projects for free. If you are able to give a higher donation, you will be supporting our charity to continue its work into the future.

Our community woodland is accessible by bus with a 15 min walk and by car. There are defined foot paths and 5 sturdy, slip-proof bridges throughout the woodland, however, the woodland is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Parents with prams can access the woodland and the woodland hut via the foot paths and bridges. We have 2 outdoor gathering spaces in the woodland with wooden seats around fire pits, a wooden hut with a wood-burning stove and 2 portable, pop-up gazebos. If you experience mobility impairment and you are coming by car, please get in touch with us on 07504438763 and we can arrange for you to park your car in front of the woodland gate. Or if you are coming by bus and find it hard to walk 15 min, please get in touch with us and we can arrange a lift from the bus stop to the woodland.

Our experience suggests that longer-term benefits are more possible when our projects are accessed for a minimum of 6 to 12 months. Signing up for regular activities that interests you is ideal. In general, our projects are available on a first come, first served basis. When it is fully booked, you can be added to the waiting list.

If you cannot attend our activities in the woodland or cannot work in a group setting, you can still access support via our one-on-one online. Yes. All professionals working with us adhere to a strict code of conduct, ethics and professional practices, including confidentiality. As a charity working with vulnerable adults and children, it is our responsibility to adhere to our safeguarding policies and procedures. As such, if a safeguarding risk is identified, we may be required to disclose some information to other organisations that can help. People come to The Planetary Healing Centre with a broad range of experiences and issues that are impacting their health and wellbeing. The most common issues and themes are: trauma, socio-economic disadvantages, anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, relationships, eating disorders, bereavement and loss, gender identity and sexuality, alcohol and substance misuse, personal and spiritual growth & development. If we are not able to help you, we can refer you to other organisations that might be able to help.

We would recommend choosing an activity or facilitator that you feel matches your support needs. We encourage our service users to listen to their gut feelings and intuition. You know yourself best and we value personal empowerment and personal choice in our charity.
